Missionary Sex Position
The Missionary position is probably the most common first position people try, which is probably related to its simplicity and the high level of intimacy experienced. it might not hurt more, but it will deffinately make it more uncomfortable....the first time is deffinately better when her legs are wide open, to make it easier to him to go in.

as for positions... missionary or girl-on-top is good. the drawback with missionary is that if he doesn't take his time and go slowly, it can increase the pain. girl-on-top is also good because YOU control the speed and penetration.

No worries for how to move, it will come naturally. There's no "right" way to "do it".
Try it with one or both partners using a circular motion. Vary the angle. Going in steep makes for some great friction. Vary the depth. I like to move my head in and out about an inch right in the opening, sometimes while moving slowly from side to side, or do a shallow/deep rhythm, or keep it deep and move in and out an inch or two while pulling it up towards my partner's clit, or pull it out or put it in really really slow. Use deck chair for the best control. After you come, keep it in and see if you can do it again (unless you're using a condom).
