Ladies and gentlemen, start your engines! Piston will fire both of you up without tiring you out (well, not as much as our other sex-ercise oriented moves anyway!) Reminiscent of Stand and Carry, the Piston has the added advantages of being easier on the lifter's back and more supportive for the lover dangling in the air.
However, don't take all that for granted; this position is challenging, requiring the standing partner to be fit and the other partner, flexed and focused.
The optimal positions to transition to Piston are: Mastery - Suspended and Dancer. Regardless of the one you prefer; for the standing partner, use proper lifting technique by always bending at the knees, keeping your back straight and coming out of the pose as carefully as you went into it ... for the suspended lover, hold on tight and aim to maintain your center of gravity close to your partner.
