Well now that you mention it, the combination of pill, condom, spermicide and perhaps coitus interuptus would be a good contraceptive plan. And for those of you who are really paranoid, you could always attempt the good old periodic abstinance method on top of the others.
This way if she turns out to be expecting, you can just assume it's immaculate conception.

my boyfriend comes in me with a condom but when we dont use one he pulls out..
is she on birth control caus then it is alot less likely.

Your best bet would be to use a condom and have her on the pill. If you are still feeling worried you can look into spermicide also.
