Description and Materials

Instructions for Use

1. Apply water-based lubricant to shaft.
2. Apply Electrode Gel (included) to Stimulation Contacts
3. Insert Intensity into Vagina
4. (Important) Only activate the Stimulation when Intensity is inserted. Always turn off before removing from Vagina
5. Inflate shaft by squeezing pump at base of handle. do not Over-Inflate
6. Press power button to turn on/off
7. Adjust vibration using the up/down Vibration buttons
8. Adjust stimulation by pressing the up/down Stimulation buttons.
9. NOTE: 5 LED lights indicate the level of stimulation. Always start at lowest level until you adjust to the stimulation.
10. Deflate shaft before removing from vagina.

Packaging & Storage

The packaging and presentation is nothing short of impressive. The cardboard sleeve is simple and understated, while the elegant box within contain a foam insert to keep and store the Intensity unit and supplementary electrode gel.

Cleaning

After removing the batteries, cleaning the Intensity is a cinch; wash it with hypoallergenic soap and water, or wipe down using an adult toy cleaner. Be sure to use a lint free towel or let the toy air dry completely. Be sure not to immerse it in water.

Critique

As far as sex toys go, the Intensity initially had me stumped, a vexing circumstance for a sex toy reviewer who’s had literally hundreds of toys pass through her, um, "desk." I dodged my boss’ phone calls and grimaced at the thought of actually having to apply shock therapy to the bits I preferred to preserve, thank you very much.

After reading the how-to's and watching the instructional video, I was still, at best, leery of trying it. My hesitation arose from this; how was I supposed to use a toy that would literally ‘zap’ me when I touched the electro-stimulator plates with my finger? Trusting that a lot of time and research went into the design of the toy, I followed the instructions exactly as directed -principally, applying the stimulator gel to the plates and waiting until it was completely inside before turning it on- and went for it!

Pleasure Factor

The experience was - much to my disbelief - absolutely and unequivocally pleasurable, leaving me convinced that the Intensity truly lives up to its promises:

• the clitoral stimulator delivers a decent amount of power and the range in intensity settings is easily discernible.
• the contact on the g-spot from the electro-plates was not only comfortable, it actually felt like the Intensity was stimulating involuntary waves of pleasure.
• the inflatable shaft provides a satisfying sense of fullness that easily inflated and deflated.
• the wide base made it very easy and very pleasurable to mount and ride the toy.
• the design and functionality make it equally appealing to use solo or with a partner.

The Downside

The Intensity had a couple of minor details that left something to be desired...

• Firstly, the design. Like many other rabbit-style vibrating dildos, the large base was clumsy and the intensity controls were poorly located. During use, it was cumbersome to modify the settings and the "power off" button was often inadvertently pressed. However, once you get used to where the controls are located, it'll do the trick.
• Secondly, the "shock" factor. While the Intensity is completely nestled within the confines of the vagina, the mild current is distributed throughout, and creates an innovative and highly pleasurable g-spot experience. Touch the plates or pull it out of the vagina too far, and you'll feel a mild current pass through your bits, similar to that of a strong static charge. My advice? Save any enthusiastic dildo thrusting for another toy and focus on letting the Intensity do what it's best suited for.

Value

The Intensity doesn't come cheap, but that certainly shouldn't keep it out of your pleasure chest. The experience it affords is incredibly unique and remarkably stimulating, so if you’re looking for something to really make your nether regions respond, the Intensity is worth every penny.

Final Thoughts

It inflates, it stimulates, and tones the pelvic floor in a most unparalleled manner. Though the Intensity's aesthetic and design could use some final tweaks, its features are unlike anything we’ve seen thus far. We rate it a 9/10...
