Okay, me and my b/f were having sex where I was bent over a desk and he was entering me from behind. Anyways, the sex was great until his penis slipped out and smashed into the desk. It was awful because it made a crunching sound when it happened, and he is in a lot of pain. His older brother brought him to the emergency room and it turns out he kinda fractured it, is what he was told. He has to take a lot of Tylenol and puts ice packs on on it. We were both wondering if anyone has ever done this and it still worked right after that (penis).

Will penis work again?

Well..it does not "fracture" but one of 2 things happen to the penis when it has some sort of blunt force to it:
1) There is a ligament in a man's groin that helps cause the penis to point str8 up when erect. Remember when u were a teenager and when u had a hardon, yoru cock would point str8 up, but as you got older it would not point up anymore? Well that ligament often eitehr relaxes or can be streached. In the event of a rapid trauma, that can often cause the ligament to "pop" .....and while it's not as drastic as say, a knee ligament, it can be very painful...it will not cause any long term damage to the penis or the man.
2) Blood vessles can "pop" and break if too much pressure is exerted while erect. Yes, it's like a hemotoma, and will heal, it's like a charlie-horse of the penis. Again, rarely does it cause permanent damage to the penis..but it's very painful!
LMAO!!! There is nothing in there to fracture... good lord...
Oh and BTW.. we wer ehaving some pretty rough sex one time and we bent his penis on accident when it was quite hard.. he got a bruise over the whole top of his penis that lasted for about 2 weeks... LMAO! That nut was proud of it.
He'd say.. "yeah ... I have a hematoma on my cock cause my girlfriend.... " Whatta badge of honor.....
I'm thinking the best course of action is to accept what the medical folks said.
I'm guessing the word "fractured" was meant to describe the trauma to the area. This is a terrible example - and not even accurate, really - but may help. You can do a lot of things to water without "hurting" it. When it's frozen, you smack it and it breaks (fractures).
Let it melt... it'll freeze again as if you never broke it.
Um... I'm not a guy, and I'm far from expert on this topic, but here is what I can think of:
Once me and my bf were having sex, and his penis slipped out on accident during his thrusting, and instead of going back in, it slammed into me (I can't remember exactly where, but there wasn't a hole for it to enter). I know it hurt him pretty bad, but not nearly as what happened to your bf. My bf was able to continue about 15 seconds later.
My guess is that since the penis is all flesh (no bone) he should heal up fine... then again I'm no expert, and I'm puzzled as to what part was fractured...?
