My wife and i are experimenting with anal primarily on me and are wondering what position would be the best for her to use toys on me and fuck me at the same time. Also what is the best way to get me to be able to take a toy about 1.5 inches wide we've been looking at all sorts of toys and i think that the inflatable anal plugs would be best.

They make vibrators specifically for this that are 'machine-washable' and come in various sizes. I strongly encourage you to give those a try first.
