hey erm, not so long ago i was giving my bf a handjob, and while i was going a bit faster my hand has slipped and ive pulled his foreskin down hard and fast, wich was a bit painfull for him. now when we pull his skin back gently we can see lots of red spots on the head of his penis, is this anything to worry about?

Im nowhere an expert but I would suggest for him to go see a doctor and have it
looked at as he might have an infection. What might have happened is after the
event occurred, he could have gotten a tiny open sore that leaked fluids and wasnt
taken care of with a antibiotic cream of some sort. Lastly Ill suggest is hes probably
doing this already but to wash it daily with soap and if some action is about to happen
for him to use a condom if he has a sore down there. Hope this helps out some ;)
