With an exception to every rule, I suppose somewhere someone can do this. Given that most erect penises point out, up, or with a slight curvature one way or another, NO, this isn't possible.
Even the thought of an erected penis doing this... Ow. Even if you had a non-erected penis of like 10" it would be too flacid to squeese through the tight anal surface.
Sorry, but I find the thought of that hilarious! :)
