Judging by the way you phrased this, are you wondering if that coloring is because of some kind of uncleanliness of blood not being cleaned up properly, or because of a "stain" left behind on the skin?
You don't need to worry about this coloring being because of any sort of unsanitariness. Thetease is right, there isn't a "because," they just are that way. It's a natural variation in skin coloring. Like, some people's palms are lighter than the backs of their hands, and it has nothing to do with... anything really. It just is that way.

just my 2 cents worth about this. Porn appears to be for the most part "image conscience".
