Why? Because you're a guy and this is your fantasy. Nothing wrong with it.
Perhaps it is because you have fond memories of when you first got your chance to experience her, back when things were new, fresh and exciting. The thought of her with another guy allows you to live vicariously through that other guy. His 'virginal' (new partner) excitement that it is his first time with her.
It's possible that it's related to a dominance / submission thing: either it turns you on to think of her as a slut who has sex with loads of guys, or it turns you on to imagine yourself being "cuckolded," losing power yourself.
But I'm with the Evil Kitten. Who knows why it turns you on? And who cares? You could spend years in therapy trying to figure it all out, but it's unlikely that anything will stop you from thinking it's hot - and it's a perfectly fine thing to be into. Loads and loads of people are. Just enjoy it.
If you're worried that you're gay because your fantasy involves another man, btw, don't. You may be gay (ish, anyway) if you fantasize about another man having sex with you, but this fantasy isn't gay at all.
