It could be cultural or environmental. You grew up around ass men or possibly around women with attention getting derrieres. Or maybe you just like butts and that's all. What are stalkings? Some sort of hunting apparel or something that make a woman's legs look like stalks?
I'm an assman myself and quite honestly I've never wondered why. People are attracted to many different body parts. I personally can't understand the attraction to feet, but some are. I'm not a boob man, but some guys are obsessed with them. I just accept the fact that I'm wired that way and I'm OK with it.
Top to toe, to each his own. Be it the roundness the upward tilt, the flatness, or whatever, some men favor a woman's butt cheeks. Others of us favor the shape, size, perkiness, droopiness, of breasts. Others have other favorite attributes. Some guys like looking at a woman's pubic mound, especially if she is wearing form fitting jeans that might also show the channel between her labia. Many others of us just enjoy the female form and curves in general. My guess is that it has to do with how we are wired as well as how we have been taught by the media, family, and, friends, with all that male talk over the years.
I will offer all of you this tidbit as food for thought: When approaching a woman in public, each of them will look at you looking at them and where; therefore, I strongly urge every man to first look into a woman's eyes, before letting your eyes wander. Do you understand why?
Regardless of where your eyes eventually wander to, if your gaze is not glaringly obvious there should not be any concern, especially if the woman is proud of her body and has good self esteem and confidence.

As to your original question, see my original answer. There is nothing wrong with being attracted by a certain body part. It is only a problem when the obsession is so intense that you can only become aroused and reach orgasm by concentrating your attention on that particular body part. This paraphilia ( kink if you will) is called a partialism. Of course you do not have a partialism, you just like butts. Butts are obvious, as a breasts, eyes, and legs. As you get older and become more experienced you may find more subtle things about women's bodies that turn you on such as skin, ears, or shape of the navel.

As for women - shoulders and how he holds himself esp how he holds himself when in motion. Other women I know like men's rumps, but most go for the shoulders.
