Before I bring this up to my parents I want to make sure if it is anything serious. First of all - I am not sexually active - I am still a virgin. I have never had any skin to skin contact either so I don't see how this could be an STD but I would like to make sure first.
I noticed about a week ago that I had a bump on my scrotum that looks like a whitehead. There is no pain whatsoever when pressed down on and it doesn't seem like I could pop it. There are 2 other small ones in the area as well. The only other thing going on is that within the past few weeks my scrotum has been itchy, but I am an athlete and it has gotten warmer so that could just be from sweatiness.

Actually, I think this is a lot more common than you think...while I have no idea what causes it...it might be a bacterial thing.
Many men get these from time to time. They are a variant of a common pimple. If they become numerous or persist, your doctor can give you a cream to treat them.
