I have never kissed anyone before, but I am wondering... how do you know which way to turn/lean your head when kissing?

Which way to turn/lean the head during kissing?

which ever was feels comfortable, just tilt it slightly as not to bump noses :D x

Well, but if the side to which the head turns is not standardized, the two people might both turn in such a way that they will do precisely that. If it is standardized say "to the left" than such an outcome would be avoided.
It depends. If you make the move, then just tilt whichever way and your partner will generaly take the hint and tilt the opposite direction.
If your partner makes the move then just tilt the opposite way that they do.
I always find tilting my head to the right the most effective. But then again, leaning my head to the left is a bit uncomfortable because or stiffness issues (no pun intended lol)
Please read the article about kissing listed in the Index.

As for tilt--
If standing in front of the girl and slightly to her left side, tilt your head to the left.
If standing in front of the girl and slightly to her right, tilt your head to the right.
If you initiate a kiss and tilt your head one direction or the other, the girl may or may not tilt her head. If she does tilt, she will do figure it out. If you do bump noses, say excuse me and continue on. It's no big deal unless you break it.
If this does become a problem, just rub noses {Eskimo kissing) a couple of times and then slide in for the finale.
To the right.
Don't overthink it.
Thanks all for the response! :)
So it seems that there is no standardization in this and the man/woman just responds to the initiator of the kiss, but most respondents tend to lean to the right, though two is not a statistically significant sample, of course.
