What's your kegel routine like (if you do them)

I squeeze for 60 secs x 10 reps. I then squeeze for 120 seconds x 10 reps. After that, I just squeeze and hold for as long as possible or until I get tired.

What about you?

you can really squeeze it that long? Wow. You're going to be able to turn coal into a diamond with that type of pressure. Ferris Bueller? Anyone? Anyone? Anyone? Something-D-O-O economics? Voo-doo economics? Anyone?

Yikes -- I alternate between about 50 quick squeezes then a total relaxed state OR I hold them for 10 seconds about a dozen times followed by a relaxed state.... I do them sittign at my desk, in the car & also helps me fall asleep, LOL!

wenever i tried doing them i'm always doing sthing else (like working on my pc) and then i forget i'm doing them so i never get past 1/2!!! :o

plus....how do u know if ur doing them right.....do u like feel muscles clenching in ur ass too or is that overdoing it?

i know they say u should try it wen ur peeing to see which muscles they r but like dunno its different wen ur sitting on a chair then on a loo! :confused:

Yup. It took a tremendous amount of practice but I was able to do it! My erections have really become harder by doing these exercises.

Pretty much every day. It only takes about 10 minutes out of my day so it's not a big deal.

Both girls and guys have PC muscles.

how do you do em for girls

kegel exercises can be beneficial to both women and men.

for men, it leads to a generally healthier penis, which can't be bad at all.
Erections are stronger, feel better and are harder.

finely tuning your PC muscle can lead to men experiencing far better orgasms and your control over ejaculation is increased, allowing men to last longer.

i do them nearly every day, 10 x 10 second reps 3-5 times a day.

dont over stress though, like any muscle in the body, it can get worn out. but stick with it and you'll notice the effects after a month or so.

NOTE: do not attempt kegel exercises whilst urinating as this can in some cases lead to a urinary tract infection...not very nice! they can be done any time of day and anywhere, at work, home, on the train, bus or in the car.

badguy....i think its the same principle for girls, just clenching the muscles.

Holy Jees...I'm pretty positive I have no clue how to do them, even though I've read/heard the description a million times. I always seem to end up squeezing my ass too, which means you're not doing them right, according to somebody...

dont worry, it doesn't mean you're not doing them right. its natural to feel a 'squeeze' there, especially at first when you're not used to doing them. takes a while to get the hang of.

I did those excersizes for a while and then now i cant control myself as easily. So i dont do them, anymore.

That's really odd, especially since the point of doing the exercise is to be able to have more control over the PC muscle.

120 seconds... all I can say is 'wow'

I do them when I remember to, during the day at work... maybe once a week, if that. I tend to forget to do them. Maybe I should put a reminder on my work calendar. 12:15... squeeze them PC muscles, boy!!! :)

do they really get you tighter(for girls)

I try not to think of it as *tightening* (in), but *pulling* (up) sort of like an elevator -- the difference in imagery seems to really help for me.
