My wife and I were chatting the other day and I asked her "When you're masturbating do you need to fantasize, or is the act itself enough of a turn on to achieve orgasm?" For me I need to fantasize at least 99% of the time, but I was stunned to hear that for her it's about 50/50. I guess I was wondering what other people'e breakdown is?

What's in your head?

I nearly always fantasize, but not of anything extraordinary. Just sex with my partner etc. If I'm really, really horny, then I don't have to think twice, I'm in autopilot as my partner would say :P
Almost always I think of her going down on me. That or the last girl I seriously dated before her who gave the best blow job I have ever had. To go from the best blow job ever to a women who hates to give them.....it's been rough. But I usually fantasize about my wife, either doggy style or cowgirl. Does the job!
for me i dont fantasize at all, the act alone is enough!
I fantasize about being bound and used by several bi people.
I tend to fantasize at least 70% of the time, but not necessarily of anything I wouldn't be doing with a guy, mostly it kind of just seems like a practice run in my head of what I'm going to do with/to him next time he is here. If I'm not fantasizing than I'd say I am at least doing a playback in my mind of different past sexual encounters.
I usualy fantasize or I need to either be watching something or seeing someone doing something sexual
