whats going on with my body....

im 18 and my girlfriend and i foreplay alot, and when we had sex for the first time i came very quickly, but i stayed hard after and we continued for like another 2.5 hours. the next time we had sex i came very quickly again and couldnt stay hard after. this has happened a few times now. how can i fix this or whats going on.

One of the beauties of sex with a teen-aged boy is that they have a short recovery time. Take a brief break and keep at it. Many years ago, I would regularly jack my male partners off during foreplay. That slowed them down and got me more of what I wanted anothe fifteen minutes or so of playing around and longer penetration.

but how come i cum so fast , and now i cant get hard or stay hard after

Because you are young and inexperienced. Pretty much the same thing happened to me when I started having sex. Just practice and look around this for, there are plenty of threads on premature ejaculation on this forum.

[COLOR="Blue">By "foreplay" do you mean making out and all that fooling around, or, do you mean foreplay as in oral and manual stimulation? I'm guessing the former--and, this is good! A woman needs lots of kissing, caressing, hugging, involving her largest sex organ, the skin. (Men benefit from the time spent, also.) Sounds like you're doing things right.

What do you mean by "SEX"? Intercourse? "Foreplay" as in stimulating each others erogenous zones (genitals and breasts?)

Males of the species do not reach their sexual peak until sometime in their nineteenth year so you have a ways to go. Even so, stuff happens to all of us and at all ages. There are two main concerns: A) Performance Anxiety in which a fella cannot achieve an erection or looses it sometime during the fun; B) Premature Ejaculation in which an orgasm comes quickly.

As for (B), cumming too quickly means different things to different people. The general definition is that a climax happens within the first minute or two of penetration, meaning during insertion, the initial return stroke, or, one of the first few strokes following. If a climax occurs after this then it is simply an untimely event. Either way, there are two fixes described in an article you will find a link to in the Index:

A third way to hold off a climax is to pull out or pause not moving a muscle until the sense of urgency subsides. Helping with this technique is the ability to recognize when you are about to climax and can stop stroking. This is covered in the exercise in that article.[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Blue">The most common reason a guy climaxes so quickly is because all of us become aroused and turned on to a much higher level than when we are home alone taking matters into our own hand. Call it "chemistry"--pheromones and general attraction to the other person (sparks). Haven't you noticed that your penis becomes much more sensitive, tingly, hard, and that your body reacts differently when with your girlfriend? You probably pant more, hold your breath more, stiffen your muscles tighter, perspire more, and, are much more reactive to the lightest of touches.

As for not being able to achieve an erection, all any of us can do is to offer ideas without knowing more of what the two of you are doing. Care to elaborate?

First, devote no less than half an hour to making out before ever moving on to foreplay. When she begins stimulating your penis then continue to include all the making out that came prior. Making love is progressive and inclusive meaning that we move from A to B to C back to A&B, going to D and so on and on. Second, do not begin intercourse until you are at the brink of an orgasm. Often young people nowadays operate under the misguided misconception that the way to a climax is from lots and lots of stroking. WRONG. Stroking and thrusting just help to trigger the climax.

If you are having trouble achieving an erection just slow down, devote more time to making out, do not try to will an erection; rather, just let it happen. Erections come and erections go. Another misconception is that because a guy lost it either before or especially after a climax, all fun and games are over. Far be it. Just pause for a while and continue on. A guy's refractory period can be anywhere from several minutes long to as much as half an hour, so do not push it, simply recognize this process for what it is and let nature take its course. The two of you can continue to make out and if she wants additional orgasms, then you can work on that.

Women typically have a much shorter refractory period, usually lasting moments to a few minutes. So, if she wants more orgasms you can help her achieve them, time one or more to coincide with your next one several minutes later--or both. There is much the two of you can do in those 2.5 hours! The "refractory" period is simply the body's way of recouping and regenerating after an ejaculation. This is a normal and expected; although, the time it takes varies depending upon a guy's age and sex drive. This is why there is such a range. As Brandye stated, a boy right out of puberty can bounce back very quickly. As he ages, the time between climaxes increases. The normal down time when things are returning to operating status is whatever time it takes for you and it can be quite different from what any of your friends state so do not do any comparisons. It is pointless.
