It's more the tone of your voice as well as what you say to her. If you sound soft and soothing it's less likely to be taken as ordering or criticizing her.

Telling her how beautiful she is is a good start, also try telling her how soft her skin is and how good she smells (like hair, perfume) etc. Also ask her if she's okay and encourage her to tell you what she likes. If you ask her these things she can see you want her to enjoy it as much as you are - also tell her how much you like her touch and what she is doing.

If you're at the petting "fingering" stage then she already has trust in you, so you can build on that. Don't force the issue of full sex, rather say to her that you want her to feel right because it will be more special to you if she enjoys it too.

True lovemaking comes with mutual trust and understanding, as with all things take your time - it isn't a race. All that matters is you and her. Remember that and you can't go far wrong.
