I assume that he pressed it into your vagina. It is virtually impossible to enter the uterus without special instruments and, often, anaesthesia. Do a search on "female sex organs" and figure out what you have where.
This practice is called "fisting." I really do not know what people try to accomplish with it because it certainly does nothing to enhance a woman's sexual response or enjoyment. No way anyone does that to me!!!!
