what happens to cum once it's inside the vigina? is it there forever? does it disinagrat after some time? if so how long? i'v always wondered this so i thought i'd ask

What happens to cum inside the vigina?
Most times, if not always, it actually sort of "leaks" out of vagina. Thast why we sometimes talk about wet spot that apperas after sex. Semen mixed with vaginal secretions usually leak out a bit after sex. One or two lucky ones might reach an egg and amke a baby though.
