what happened to me?

im new to sex within the last half year and at the beggining, everything was good, no problems, but recently within the last month or so ive lost my ability to last longer. at the star it would range between 5-13(13 on a really good day), but now im lucky if its 2-3 at best. even when mastuurbating on my own it ends quicker then ever before. on top of that every once and a while there is a slight burning feeling after ejaculation after masturbating only, but its not extremely painful, and is gone after i clean of residual semen. im not sure whats going on, i highly doubt an std is the case, but im really not sure whats going on, if you can help please do.

it could be an STD.

maybe its PE?

i dunno. i wish you the best of luck. hopefully Brandye can get to this topic, she is a doctor.

It's hard to diagnose the possibilities of whether it's an STD unless you specify your sexual history. Have you been having unprotected sex lately with someone whom your not certain of their sexual history?

you're "lasting" problem is a good chance of just being psychological.

You're not alone in experiencing these penile discomforts. I would suggest going to your local physician about it. Diagnosis cannot be done properly on a message board. Its probably nothing but would be a good idea to see a doctor anyways, if only to clear your mind.

actually its very possible that im just not drinking enough water, cause the burning comes and goes and it isnt all that painful. yes i have been having unprotected sex, but with somone who i do know their sexual history and its roughly around 95+% that there are no std's. but if the problem persits i will see a doctor for sure

i don't know if this post was calling PE an STD, but it's not. Premature ejaculation is a sexual disorder, not nearly the same thing as an STD

The case doesn't sound like an STD, but it doesn't sound like anything i've heard much about before. In regards to lasting longer, if you're not using a condom, use one. It will take away a good portion of the sensation of sex and you'll be able to last somewhat longer hopefully

they also make condoms spificly to help guys last.

You have two issues here that cannot logically be connected. The first is your feeling that you are ejaculating faster than you want. The best approach to this is the "squeeze technique." Put that in google and you will get some good ideas. The woman's assistance is required - and fun.

The burning sensation is not uncommon among men after ejaculating. The more often the orgasms, the more likely this burning is. There is a possibility of a low level urethritis. Most men develop this infection at one time or another. It is simply bacteria that belong in the intestines have gooten into the urethra. Perhaps migration on dirty drawers, perhaps from a not quite clean vagina and possibly from anal sex without a condom. Not likely an STD but if it is, you are spreading it through unprotected sex. Not good news.

Urethritis is easily treated and you will assure that nothing worse is wrong. if you see a doctor.
