Probably. The opening of the urethra is between your clitoris and your vaginal opening. Things are pretty close together down there. Many women get the feeling of needing to pee. If the urethral opening is irritated, it gives that feeling. If you are pentrating your vagina with anything, the urethra runs along the the anterior (upper) side of the vagina and anything in your vagina can irritate the whole urethra. We get over this with practice and learning specific adjustments to positions.
The shaking is an oncoming orgasm and if the need to pee does not interfere, will result in spasms in your pelvice muscles. That is the orgasm - relieving the tension that you have built up.
