My first time actually took me more then 40 minutes to cum, no joke. It was like masturbation, but like stopping every time i was about to go. It was like torture and it sucked. Well, if he is whining about it, than it is probably time for him to try doing something about it, but there could also be other circumstances at play as I pointed out (ilness, or something like that)...
