Most are concoctions of herbals and supplements which are "allegedly" supposed to help with enlargement. If they were a magical fix; don't you think many MD's would be prescribing them? In the US Herbals are not FDA approved or regulated so even if they were to work the amount contained of a "magical potion" is not measured for accuracy.

Take vitamins, have lots of sex, keep in shape, remain hydrated...better then any improvement/enhancements. Remember it's all with your brain, keep your libido high...save your money!

At bestm they do nothing. Depending upon contents, they can interfere with prescription medications.
