I find that if you wait longer (i.e. a day or two more than normal) before ejaculating, it becomes thicker and more yellow.
Cumming at "normal" intervals gives me white semen.

Sounds normal: yellow-white to white. If you think it is pinkish, that indicates a mild infection.
