Okay, my boyfriend and i have been dating now for close to a year now and we have ahd sex a few times. When we first got together he was a virgin and we are now a very active couple. We have never had sex in a bed!!!! But there is a problem we have encountered a few times, he cant seem to penatrate me. I like to try new positions but we have so far been restricted to two (when we tried doggy style i thought it was going to be a breeze but he just couldnt get it!). We had already forplayed and i was all ready and such but he couldnt penatrate me. Is there something i am not doing correctly or maybe there is something that he is not? I love him but everytime this happens he gets so depressed and doesnt want to finish having sex and i dont like to see him so low. Any help or sggestions is very much appreciated!!!!!!

What are we doing wrong?!
You could try putting a pillow under your bottom to make a better angle for penetration and make sure that you are sufficiently lubricated.

Well sometimes it can be hard to penetrate when lying flat on your back. Try the pillows or a new position. There's a guide on the main page of this site.
i did see the guide but i wasnt lying flat. I was on all fours but maybe starting off on his lap facing away from him first will get us used to it...
Oh, sorry I misread. I thought you had tried missionary. It's a relatively simple position once you get past penetration. That sounds like a plan.

I'm sorry, i must be miscommunicating! Okay, we have tried missionary and cowgirl style but maybe going to reverse cowgirl would get him used to entering from behind. Maybe the problems as simple as that...is it different entering from behind than from the front?
