the other week i had these red dots that were kinda like ingrown hairs. but there were a bunch of them. plus my girl had them too. could they be crabs??? but they didnt itch much.

If these appeared after having oral sex, then they might have resulted from stubble (not being freshly shaved). Without more information, all guesses are just that.
