what's happening here, is that she is turned on. When women are aroused, their parts become moist to lubricate the area. If anything goes on down there and the area is too dry, the experience can be painful for her and possibly even cause damage. So, if you're fingering her, and she's wet down there, everything is normal: she's aroused, and the area is ready for stimulation. So, you're not doing anything wrong, and what you're doing is apparently right. So, cheers!

3. Some women are wetter than others but we all have some dampness there most of the time. This increases during sexual arousal.
