I have this problem and i need some advice on what to do. I am a little overweight and i have this problem. My crothch sweats ALL the time. I can take a shower and dry real good, put on powder and by the time i get ready and put pants on, my crothch will be so wet my pants will be wet. Its such a problem that i can not hardly wear any grey pants or light colored jeans because it will be noticeable. It almost looks like i urinated on myself. After a entire day of sweating, it will begin to smell and by the end of the day my legs will be chaped and irritated. During sex it gets real bad, i know part of it is me actually being wet but in the creases of my legs and all around my crotch is literally like i just got out of the shower. Also when i work out its a problem. I usually run on the treadmill first then do weights and when i sit on teh machines to do the weights i get the seat all wet and have to dry it off before i can leave.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Wet And Confused

every overweight person leaves sweat on the seat. even i do and im not even that bad. i sweat alot but im not fat. thats just a sign that your body is good at getting things out of yourself. you could just have overacctive sweatglands. maybe that helps
Thank you for your reply but what im really looking for is any soultions or suggestion on how to help this problem so its not so embarrassing for me anymore. Thanks though
Perspiration varies in all individuals. It seems from what describe it's excessive. The skin chaffing shows this. Try using a powder without a perfume just dust lightly and be certain to get in the skin folds. Or try using some cornstarch. These are similar/same products which are used on babies skin to reduce rashes.
When you exercise, it's pretty normal to have moisture from the groin. Be certain to use cotton undergarments to allow the area to air out well and there are also other exercise garments made by "Coolmax", these also allow to keep the moisture away and the areas free to breath.
Only you know how over weight you are and if this is contributory to the problem. If it's an issue you have always had, see a dermatologist to explore other options which may be available for you. For example, some patients who have excessive underarm sweating the current shift is to use Botox injections to control the matter and avoid embarrassment. This type of treatment (and other's) are covered under your medical insurance if you are in the US.
Talk to your doctor and see what can be done!
