I'm just wondering if it's just me or if other girls have this sometimes too.
When you are aroused or whatever do you ever get a tingly/prickly sensation in your lower back like where you would have your sex dimples? It doesn't hurt. It just feels different. I only have it once in a while.
Sex Dimples? never heard of those before. I have gotten a weird tingly sensation in my lower back if I get my neck is kissed during sex or a handjob.. (not lightly but like teasing with tongue and lips style) He is probably hitting a spot that your not used to being touched in...like perhaps his hands rubbing your sides or something.

Sacral dimpling is a normal finding on physical exams. Much is based on the amount of fatty tissue present on the patient...the area is highly erogenous zone on some women and to attractive to many men...
