I do believe that having sex makes you slimmer :O i mean .. is like doing cardio becouse it accelerates your heart beat and you sweat as hell jejeje... it have make me a bit slender... however, to really get to lost weight in a regular basis... diet + exercise is the right thing to do :B

Exercise! Try cycling perhaps. (Might be tricky having sex at the same time though.)
Depends what the saddle is like.....then again, that is sex by yourself. But it would be a great workout!!
