This is a problem that I first noticed when my girlfriend used a sex toy on my penis. It was a fleshlight. I when I ejaculated, it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable around the rim of my penis. It was like it was way too sensitive. This problem continued on when we had sex. During orgasm, I have to stop moving and cannot pump at all because it is very uncomfortable. I have been masturbating since I was young, and the way I have always done it is to grip the skin and when I stroke up over the head, the skin folds up, and I am wondering if it was sort of like an insulator. Whenever I stroke it only up to the head, but not over the rim, it feels great. I am just too sensitive over the rim during ejaculation. What can I do? I really want to be able to continue to pump hard throughout orgasm.

You have developed a hypersensitivity to stimulation of the glans penis. If you are not circumcised, this is not all that uncommon. Talk to your doctor about what can be done.
What would normally be the treatment? I am only 17 and would prefer not to have to discuss this with my doctor.
Try masturbating with lube more often. Or have a lot more sex. Thats the way I have gotten over this problem. It used to be almost painful on the rim when I would cum. So i started to masturbate with lube a lot more.
p.s. I would masturbate the same way, but I am circumsised.
The "pain" you are feeling is a false signal. Ducy's right - you need more sex. When it "hurts", take deep calm breaths and relax THROUGH the feeling while SLOWLY continuing to move. Think of it as training your brain to handle the stimulation.
Exactly...In fact it should clear up pretty quickly...I mean I have only had sex about 15 times and the sensitivity was gone around numero 5
