URGENT - Need Help!

I'm relatively new to pretty much everything sexual with my girlfriend, so this question might sound dumb, but I'm really concerned about it.

We recently tried oral sex, although we were really just fooling around; neither of us reached orgasm, and I don't know if I had any pre-ejaculation. She started on me first but stopped, we kissed for a while, then I went down on her. She wasn't fully stimulated since I had all ready fingered her earlier so I didn't do much and I only stayed around the clitoris. Afterwards, I came up and rested on top of her; I had my pants on, but she was still undressed. I've heard that if any semen is even around the vagina it can possibly cause pregnancy, so I'm really concerned that pre-cum might have been on my pants or my stomach and I don't remember what part of me was on top of her or whether or not that part was really close to her vagina. There was no penetration, but this is really distressing me. Help, please!

yes. I cannot stress the importance of condoms and/or birth control. Birth control (although not always effective) as well as condoms can be obtained at your local health department.

Pre-cum can get a girl pregnant. But there is very little chance. There is a considerable amount less of sperm in pre-cum than there is in semen. If you ever noticed, pre-cum is often sticky and clear looking... Your semen is sticky, but it's anywhere from a white to yellow tint. That is my assumption though.

Hope I helped

Oberon is quite right. Next time, please be prepared. I had a few b/f in my teen years with whom the rule was, "If the penis is outside the pants, it is in a condom." That eliminates some potential minor messes but also reduces the chance of any semen with its cargo of sperm getting where you not wnat it.

With the situation- as you described it- I'm going to say that it's 99.9% unlikely that she got pregnant from this.

I'm a little confused? Was there semen on the outside of the pants you were wearing?

The likelihood of pregnancy arising from the situation you have described is very remote. But if there are ever any doubts or questions, always contact a doctor or health professional when it comes to issues of pregnancy. It is not safe to make assumptions about such major issues.
