My girlfriend has been having something unbearable pain in her breasts for no reason. This month espcially has been bad, and when I say tendor, I mean to the point where more than a slight scratch to itch makes her quiver in pain. She's not pregnant we've taken a few tests, as did she start her monthly today so does anyone else have any suggestions?
Also, fatique like no other, she is anemic due to her low iron, and she does take vitamins, but she usually cannot get in the mood because she is too tired, among other reasons as well but that's the biggest. She walks with me 3-5 times a week for about half a mile to a mile depending on how cold it it, she's in great shape so on and so forth.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get her more in the mood and help her with her breasts? And the doctor is out of the question she is unbelieably scared of the doctor due to her father passing this year because of more than ONE doctor not perscribing the right drug from him and passed of liver disease.

Alright i'll try my best, is there anything else that would be suggested she could do at home so I can work her up to the idea? It's a matter of she'd rather die before go to the doc, I almost feel sometimes that's a literal assumption.
First need to find out how low the iron is and the underlying reason. Much maybe due to hormones, stress, poor diet, or depression.
Iron has been naturally low for a LONG time, she has STRONG periods to the point she has to change tampons/pads every hour her first day, quite literally.
Hormones I could understand, but she refuses to check it out and I can respect it, she is naturally stressed because she is in school and very much dislikes it. Poor diet, again, she likes to eat out a lot, even though she exercises a lot, she believes vitamins make up for it, and as far as depression, she tells me she isn't and I believe her.

There is something called pernicious anemia where B12 is required to uptake the essential iron needs...
Vitamins are a supplement but are not a substitute for low sodium and low caffeine intake...
She may not care for the docs but a good "head to toe" GYN exam & work up are required.
Oh right, but she just had one of those about 7 months ago and was told it was a clear and go for the female docs.
Yeah she is in pretty good shape over all seems pretty healthy but any suggestions for a better appetite is always great
Sorry and what is B12? A type of vitamin?
Sorry and what is B12? A type of vitamin?
It's an injectable form of a vitamin which helps uptake the FE (iron)...
Considering she is young (or so Im guessing since she is in school) this is more than likely not it, but the unbearable pain could (more likely 1 in a million) be breast cancer...I mean my grandmother was suffering similar pain. She even had to stop wearing a bra cuz the snuggness was too much..
But like I said 1 in a 1000000 shot but why not bring it to attention just in case....could be just the fact that she is anemic, so it could be causing it.
Yeah, it's always worth a try to find out i'll have to have her get it checked out if the problem persists soon. Also, she is 18.
Your g/f needs to have a doctor's exam. No reasonable doctor is going to start making guesses on this sketchy information.
This could be attributed to anything from mono to breast cancer and it is not reasonable to scare her or comfort her. See a doc.
Hey yariome I hope you now I wasnt trying to scare you or your girlfriend. I was just putting that idea out there cuz my grandma is like your gf...she refused to go to the doctors. She went and it was too late to be able to do anything but remove the whole chesticle.
Haha, no you're fine, i've convinced her to check it out, she won't go to her GYN for a full body but she'll go check for breast cancer so that at least makes me happy.
See a doctor!!!
No home cooking!!!
