I was wondering if it's normal for a woman to become un interested in anything sexual if she has had a terrible partner for her first lover of like 3 years? Do you recon this could cause problems for future partners, like not coming/painful sex or just not wanting it at all?

Yes it is. Which is why you should be "sport-dating" instead of doing one bf at a time. That way you do not get 'stuck' with one 'feeble in the sheets male' for 3 years.
