Hey, I am a 26 (almost 27) year old virgin, so I will hardly laugh at you! You shouldn't take it so seriously though - don't lose sleep or beat yourself up over being a virgin! Sorry, man, I can't give you much practical advice, since I have never asked a girl out, so I don't know from experience of how to behave in such a situation. That said, most likely you would be best off not talking about your lack of experience unless she asks you directly or indirectly or unless it becomes obvious (then you can use it as an excuse ;) ), since it might indicate frustration on your part and girls (supposedly) don't like that.

I am sorry I cannot be more helpful than that - no practical experience here either!

just speak to her like you would talk to a female friend or a female cousin or somthing
the worst she can do is say no , and im sure you said you know she likes you, so just go for it, be yourself :) and most importantly, RELAX AND ENJOY yourself!

Anywho my question is do you perhaps ever get the urge to practice a little bit of introspection, you know assess your relationship with women or maybe just the world in general? What I'm saying is there may be a reason you're still a virgin evolution may have just decided that procreation isn't for you.

Don't try to be too interesting, just be interested in her, and look in her eyes when she talks (if you have a problem with that, then look at her forehead when she talks..she won't know the difference). Also on occassion lean towards her and smile when she says something funny or unusual. Ask her questions about herself, till you find a hot subject she likes...then carry on should be all natural..no script to memorize, no rules. Let her do the talking, which will make her all the more interested in knowing about the "mysterious & quiet you" which is the subject you know blindfolded. Keep her talking and just listen. The more she talks, the more you learn...and this gives you an opportunity to get to know her better, or to find she has some issues that don't make her sound like your cup of tea. Smile!!!

Johnny, that one post is a great demonstration of what you have been saying. Why care whether sarah likes you or not? She is an abstraction on your screen - as am I and you to everybody else. Stop looking for hurts and start looking for being uplifted.
