Hey, I have a problem, seems like it could be a pretty big one- Okay, I see people say that a person with an uncut penis should be able to completely retract the foreskin and expose the whole head, right?
If so, this is the problem- I tried to, but I have a tiny bit of skin that connects directly from the foreskin to the bottom of my head...and it doesn't look like it's supposed to be there. This is why I can't fully retract my foreskin.
Do you experts think I need to have this little piece of skin cut off, or what?

the skin you see attaching your foreskin to the bottom of your penis is called the frenulum. you have a structure much like it attaching your tongue to the bottom of your mouth, it is there to help pull the foreskin back forward over the glans of your penis.
that area of your penis also has a TON of nerves, and would be quite painfull if you were to cut anything at all there. lol
You have a few choices but explaining them completely and making the decision requires in put from your doctor. It does belong there but may be shorter or tighter or whatever than is usually found.
