Uncircumcised questions

I worried because the first time I have sex I want the girl that I am with to be pleased in every way possible. I am uncircumcised and I don't want her to be dissapointed or something. There's that worry and also I've heard that during an erection, the foreskin is suppose to roll back. On me that doesn't happen. The opening doesn't stretch like that without it hurting. I am really afraid of my first time, so much so that I probably would want to hold off on sex. I am 4 and half inches long and the same in girth. I'm 16 and would appreciate any information and opinions on uncircumcised penises from women out there.

Hey man

I had exactly the same problem as you. Your foreskin has a problem called phimosis, its when the foreskin doesnt pull back. You need to have a circumcision done to fix this and yes sex could suck if you leave it like that cause it will hurt. I'm 16 and about a month ago i got circumcized, best thing i did, and dont worry about it hurting or anything, its a lil sore for a couple days but no biggie, i was at work the next day. Anyway you should go see a Urologist and arrange to have it done.

Circumcision is not the only solution to a tight foreskin. Circumcision is one option, but you can also get your foreskin stretched, which is supposed to be a simpler and less painful procedure than circumcision.

Personally, I find circumcised and uncircumcised penises equally attractive.

I was considering having a circumcision done anyway because it's more common. The thing is my penis is really sensitive and I was wondering if somehow that changes after a few days.

yeah mine was really sensitive too but once you get it done it gets better after like a week. Actuall i would perfer circumcision over stretching because it really simple i went in at like 6:30 in the morning had my surgery at 7:45 and i was outta the hospital at like 11:30 so it doesnt even take that long and they give you pain medication but i hardly ever took any cause it wasnt even that bad. Also having your penis circumcized mean alot less maintenace and no odours from under the foreskin cause its hard to wash there.

After a while does the penis return a sense of "normal" sensitivity? and is there anything to do in the meantime to have it not be so sensitive.

You mean if you're circumcised?  If you get that done, you'll only lose sensitivity, and you could lose quite a bit.

If I were you I'd do the stretching stuff... but if you wanna get a part of your penis cut off and lose sensitivity and all that, well don't let me stop you.

I can see where your comming from, You wanna last longer am i right? well getting circumcized will fix that but you dont want it to be too desensitized you can request it so they dont cut so much off. But I do notice that i last alot longer myself.

I had this very problem a few years back. My best advice -- stretch that foreskin out real well before trying to use it in bed. If you dont it will be one of the most painful experiences ever because during sex the skin will end up getting pushed back anyhow.

Some people's automatically pull back, some they/you have to pull back them/yourself, and others don't pull back at all.. It all just depends on the person.

As long as it's not giving you pain and discomfort, you should be ok.

I never knew that was a problem mine dosn't pull back when im erect either like they say it does is there any really harsh problems that can form?

Don't get cicumcised. You'll lose some of your sensitivity and incredibly good feelings. Plus it is a lot of fun to have your lover raise and lower your foreskin. It is a real turn-on for woman to play with your foreskin. My wife just loves raising and lowering my foreskin which makes me rock hard before I neter her. And she loves lowering my foreskin before I enter her and then raising my foreskin as soon as I come out. You can't buy another foreskin.

I would go to a doctor and have it stretched of just a minor cut. Good luck!!!

I agree that most of what is said here is subjective and a medical professional is the best route to go to have any corrective procedures undertaken.  For many years in the USA
circumcision was done at birth almost without question by families who could afford this extra procedure.

A little about circumcision....for those interested.

After 1865 after the War between the States "Civil War" period the practice began to gain popularity for those having given birth to males.  It was thought that the infant wouldn't be traumatized so much and would forget it ever happened within months and be better prepared for life.

In the 1980's the issue of female circumcision in Africa came about and a movement to end the practice of male circumcision gathered support in the USA.  Anti-Apartheid in South Africa was a growing movement of that time in the USA as well, and a black female turned fashion model even escaped her African tribe and wanted asylum in America with circumcision being a primary tennit in her list of reasons.

I'm not sure the motovation exactly but I recall a couple of nurses bannering the movement for awhile on talk TV shows like Larry King.  I listened to them discuss "female mutilitation", as they called it and they were suggesting male babies were "in fact" traumitized by the experience of circumcision and wanted to see the whole practice banned.

In Africa the practice of Female circumcision removed the females clitorus and sex lips etc of young women. It was reasoned that and end to the pracitce of circumcision of males on a worldwide basis, would ultimately end females being subjected to similar rites by their tribes.

Either way.....I don't think females need that kind of circumcision.(my opinion)  As for the guys....If you can find a medical library with a copy of Dr. Frank H. Netter's medical illustrations there is a selection of views of the penis including some maladies that those uncircumcised may sucumb to.

Here is a look at Dr Netters illustration work: Netter Web Site

I doubt the illustrations I speak of will be presented in it, so you'll likely have to find the book(s) for that.

Medically, and realistically, you have three choices:
1. Get circumscised.
2. Have a nip taken - just a little cut that loosens things up.
3. Try the stretching bit with a doctor'd help.

Doing nothing is not a choice. You have some male input above but nothing is really objective. Same for the female input.

Talk to your doctor. As embarassing as it may seem, he will appreciate your candor and concern.

I don't know that much bout this subject, but as a female i find uncircumsised penis's much more fun to play round' with. But then again I guess that if your foreskin is tight and causes discomfort when ur erect go for it.

What ever floats your boat.

My son had a tight skin and he managed to stretch it out enough to make it work. The only thing with getting circumcised is once it's gone that's it no going back and believe me when you get older the sensitivity drops off like a rock.

Try stretching it out for a while as this might do the best for you.

Oh and another thing with getting cut... If you get some doctor that gets a little greedy you might end up so tight that it hurts because of getting stretched out, something to consider
