Foreplay is key to a woman's arousal. Men benefit from it also. More importantly is spending half an hour minimum to Necking, Petting, Heavy Petting, all before getting to the Foreplay stage.

Good advice doc but I'm in my late fifties old enough to be her father my erections are not quite what they used to be and my gym workouts I struggle to build up muscle so is refractory time.
