i was... examining myself once and noticed that i had a second open at the end of my cock. There was the urethra, and then a smaller hole right above it (if standing) that seems to have no purpose. No cum came out of it, no piss, nothing. Used a flashlight and it didnt even look like it went more than a few centimeters. Granted, I did have a birth defect involving the digestive system, could it be responsible?
I guess im just confused is all.

after looking it up, i think im lucky that it isnt in a bad place
my urethra exits right where the two "havles?" come together on the bottom (in standing) in the tip
the unused one is right at the peak of the head

Sounds like hyperspadia to me. It will get it where it needs to be!
The body is a complicated organism with all sorts of anomalies in most of us. Perhaps you have found your imperfection!
There is a condition known as hyperspadias in which the penile opening is somewhere other than the tip. Often at the bottom of the glans among the folds of the prepuce; sometimes along to bottom of the shaft; and, less frequently at the base. It is quite possible that in your fetal development this began but then corrected itself leaving you with an unused "hole." Likely of no concern other than for hygiene but worth asking a doctor to check when you are at a regular visit.
I have also seen less than perfect circumcisions that allow fistulas to form. Possible, not likely at that depth.
Not likely part of a digestive issue.
I have a young friend of the family who as an infant had to have the end of his urethra "rerouted" because of the condition Brandye mentioned. As related to me, he had an opening where at the junction of the shaft and Corona Rim that had to be corrected. He recently became a daddy so guess all is normal.
Its no uncommon to have an extra opening in the penis. I forget the name of it. You can google it.
