Personally; when I put something like Ben Wa balls inside and I enjoy it with (small-regular) orgasms and it comes back covered in a substance of "melted vanilla cream", it's usually cervical mucus diluted with vaginal lubrication. The cervical mucus usually being a bit thicker and more sticky when it's white, the vaginal lubrication being slippery clear fluid. When it gets a bit milky or clear fluid like water and gushes upon a (big) orgasm, then it's female ejaculate.
The squirting of clear fluids, I'd say definitely female ejaculation. My congratulation to your girlfriend! :)

Yep Milky white, but much whiter than my own ejaculate (unless I am unhealthy, my own ejaculate seems to be more liquid with semen)

yes you have identified both fluids a woman can secrete during an orgasm. keep in mind though that a woman doesn't have to secrete these fluids to be having an orgasm. for men; in my experience the thickness of one's ejaculate can vary anonymust depending on build up to a orgasm or the frequency of orgasms. the more times you orgasm with her during one session the thinner it gets.

I guess the amount of times he himself also ejaculates during intercourse and/or masturbation counts.
