Penises have a left half and a right half, they can grow at different rates which causes a penis to list one way or another, up, down, left, right.
I've heard that masturbating wont.
But I've heard that if you get an erection and you do things like tuck it in the waistband of underrwear it can cause some damage. (I kinda believe this since my penis actually limps left and the lefts side of the shaft is a bit...smaller so to speak lol)

No penis is perfectly straight. Some bend left, some right, some up and some down. They all have some arc in them. Masturbation will not affect this.
Even in extreme cases, such as Peyronie's Disease which shows up in a man's 40s, they still usually function adequately.
Depending on your angle of entry, I'd say your penis could be customized. :)

The answer to your question is "NO".
Some penisis have natural bends in them when they are erect. Apart from that, the only way masturbation can make it bend - is if you do something to bend it. (Not something I'd recommend.)
Masturbation or sex really only subjects the penis to a relatively small period of contortion. For something to alter its angle, it would probably take hours of contraint in a fixed position on a daily basis.
