lube, or smaller if you want work your way up, the website has reviews and all sorts of toys and by reading them you will figure out what qualities are available and can best decide from there

Experiment with different pressures, try warming lubes (outside), adjust speed, and adjust grip and pressure. Start lightest and next to the clit until it is not too sensitive to be direct.
