i have this...i guess u could call it a disability my dentist calls it tongue-tied i have this peice of skin under my tongue that like holds it to the bottom of my mouth so i cant stick it out except like a half an inch and im wonder how i can makeout or lick my gurlfriends pussy...like is there another way

If it is that limiting I suggest you see a plastic surgeon - start with your regular doctor - and get that trimmed. It is not real unusual and there are even better reasons to have it corrected.

an easy solution would be to get a "tongue frenectomy" (Cutting of the tongue web to "lengthen" the tongue). I spose you just go to your dentist and they would refer you to an oral surgeon or something.
