For the purpose of this discussion lets consider a penis vs a clitoris. Except for having an internal urethra, a penis can be considered a clitoris on steroids. Both have a shaft, both have a glans {referred to as "tip" in the clitoris] both have sensitive nerve endings in the glans and tip. Some sexperts say that there are the same number of nerves in both organs; others believe that there are many more in the clitoris. What both camps can agree on is that for however many nerves there are in the clitoris, they are much much closer together and therefore much much more sensitive and responsive!

What does all this have to do with breasts? Just this: The size of a woman's breasts vary and have little or nothing to do with her nipple and areola sensitivity. What does is internal "wiring".
