First tip: Use your hand a lot.
I and my husband are using this position quite often nowadays, especially when want to have a very slow and long lovemaking. While practicing it we learned another trick. Before entering, he rubs his penis along my genital as an act of teasing. I use my hand to increase pressure on my genital. I love this and I can keep it going forever. All though he gets impatient and eventually begs me to guide it inside me.

Second tip: I use one or two pillows between my knees to have better access for my hand and him.

Sometimes we make love while watching pornography. Spoon position is a great position for that - as both are facing in same direction.
