Tips to control yourself better/last longer

anyone have an tips for lasting a little longer or learning to control yourself better? just thought i make a post for everyone to place a little feedback since ppl use different methods for example, the slow down/stop method dont work for me, neither does the pinch/squeeze methods, cos i build up just as fast again, so far masturbating before hand, or getting her to do it/make me orgasm once before we really start works, also having a couple drinks before help too. i just want to learn new ways of controling myself better and try/hear some other ppls ideas/methods they use

The squeeze technique works, just not in the way you are using it. It is designed to thwart the imminent triggering of a climax. That you recover with the same intensity is another matter.

I regularly describe an exercise technique that you and your partner can practice that is designed to train a guy's mind to recognize when he is about to climax by associating those sensations that immediately preceed a climax with it so that it does not sneak up on him.
