There is a tip I would like to share to everyone regarding giving a woman oral sex. I have searched this forum long and hard and combined many ideas into one, and it has worked. I may be missing some things that are great and that people may like, but for the most part; I think I have completed 75% of the satisfaction level on oral sex (meaning I think I'm pretty good at it, but still want to learn more).
My technique that I use and works every single time is something I want to share with others! I've gotten her off in as low as 30 seconds to the maximum of 7 minutes.. It ranges; but it's always good for a quick orgasm.
1. Warm her up a bit... get her in the mood and the whole 9
2. Take 4-5 simple licks of the hood... wait about 5-10 seconds for a tease... then lick another 3 or 4.
3. Spread her vaginal "lips" apart to where the clit is exposed (I am correct in that the clit is just a tiny little thing and not the entire hood yes?)
4. Lick her a couple times on the clit
5. Have her hold her lips open
6. Lick her a couple more times while adding 2 gentle flicks to the nipples with your hands.
7. Move mouth a little above her hood, and lick downwards as if you're trying to lick the icecream off your chin.
8. While in the process of this; touch her nipples every 5-10 seconds.. only a few times and let go.. keep hands off nipples in between flick sessions. Also grab both for a change, then back to the nipples.
9. Repeat until severe moaning occurs, and continue nipple action constantly.
10. Once orgasm begins, grab hold of her "lips" and open them for her, leaving her hands free.
11. Lick away just like you did before her orgasm; this seems to intensify it.
12. Enjoy.
Note that the licking and the nipple action is all at the same time.. Tongue in clit, hands on nipples

i guess it's good to have a routine down for the girl where nothing seems to be working (i haven't really encountered this while giving oral, but some chicks just seem unresponsive to any stimulus), but it's a lot better if you can simply feel your way around. I don't have extensive experience, as in i don't have experience with a vast multitude of women, but my experience with a couple goes very deep.
what i like to do the first time i'm eating a girl out is to start off slow, but experiment with several different things. A lot of those things are in your checklist. But it's not like a set pattern really. I'll start just licking outside the lips, kind of teasing, and spiraling my way into the sweet spot. usually i get very good responses with stimulating the inner thigh, and the fold of the leg between the leg and pelvic area. This gets them excited, and hopefully gets the blood flowing to the clitoral stem. I do some stimulating with the stem, basically just a bit above that upside down V that forms the hood for the tip of the clit, making sure to either have a sideways thing going, brushing over the stem lightly a few times, or licking up and down the length of the stem.
After i've seen how she responds to that kind of thing, i'll do some more adventuring, moving down to the vaginal opening. This is always interesting because you get to figure out what she really tastes like (hopefully it's not bad to begin with, but even if it's a little off that first time, if what i'm doing is bringing her pleasure, the taste really grows to be something i'm fond of). I play around at the opening for a few licks to see if it's something that really turns her on, and continue if i get a good reaction, or move back up north a couple clicks if it doesn't seem to be a big deal (usually it's not too big a thing for the chicks i've been with, but with one chick, my tongue penetrating her just floored her, it was great).
Next I'll play around a little more extensively with the clitoris (above the hood, not the actual tip yet at this point), maybe teasing a little and working my way away from the clit and working outside of the lips again for a couple of licks.
The next phase is the phase that Brandye didn't seem too excited about. Even if the girl might not like it, you never know until you've tried. Work your way under the hood, and give the tip of the clitoris a single gentle flick. If she jumps, or says something, or tries to crush your head like Brandye would do, retreat to a less sensitive area. but if it's a pleasurable moan, or some other positive sign (clamping legs can be a good sign sometimes too, so don't rule it out unless she's trying to crush you to death or the clamping is accompainied by wincing or something like that) then maybe give it a few more licks or keep it in mind for future routines.
If the clit isn't too sensitive, a technique i've found to work on some is forming a suction around the clitoral area with your lips and doing a quick suckling kind of thing. For a couple of girls it took this much for me to get them to orgasm because they used vibrators so often.
At some point in all of this i usually see how she responds to a finger being inserted in the vagina. incorporating the fingering with the licking can cause even more pleasure for some.
THIS WHOLE ROUTINE i've described above was basically my personal general first time. It's to see how a girl reacts to different stimuli. Judge a girls reaction with each thing to see what goes over best. Then use a nice combination of everything, mixing it up every time. Maybe throw in some fingering one time, and fondle the breasts while you eat her out the next. but it's best to use a little feeling for what's doing it for her that particular time to judge what you should do rather than setting up a routine. The same routine may not work every time. or the same routine may get boring after a while. As someone who thoroughly enjoys performing cunnilingus, and who has had rave reviews from some of my subjects (for lack of a better word...i really drew a blank on that one) to her friends, i just want to share the observations i've made for what has worked in multiple scenarios. Like Brandye pointed out, some chicks hate what others love, so use caution, and experiment with everything, seeing what works.

What Brandye is saying is that every girl is different in their clitoral sensitivity. My girl isn't as sensitive as others, so I can lick her clit directly. Brandye is obviously the type of girl that would throw me into a garbage can for licking her exposed clit. Try it, if she doesn't like it, clearly she's too sensitive or maybe she just doesn't like direct contact period.
Then there are both possibilities.... With some women the clitoris can be touched and caressed directly during the initial early stages of arousal, yet when a certain level has been attained, a switch must be made to indirect contact because the nerve endings become oh so sensitive. A fix is to cover the clit with the labia and finger it through them, and/or by involving the shaft by massaging it as well.
It is important to know that the tip of the clitoris is akin to the glans of the penis. There are just as many nerve endings, however, they are bunched much closer together so please understand why women have a tolerence that seems low but really isn't when you consider the arousal level attained.

Sorry, couldn't resist... and it's actually my contribution. "Good oral" (or anything else sexual) should fall somewhere between the somewhat clinical and techinical aspect and simply "making love" - to just to the clit, but to the person.
receiving oral sex is a really mental thing for me. it's really about the person and the comfort level you share, for me at least.
