OMG im scared!
I am a Uncircumsized male.And there are little tiny lumps under the head of my penis!Its almost like little goosebumps u get on your arm,i wash like 3-4 times a day.And im just wondering how can i get rid of them?Im so damn scared,I never wanna go near a women with this.PLZ help.PLease!

Tiny Lumps Under Head
i see many posts on here about guys asking about bumps on their testicles or the head of the penis.
i think for the most part the ones on the testicles were said to be hair follicles but i haven't read much about the other.
i recently came across some pics of guys asking the same thing and was told it was something called Pearly Penile Papules.

Ive heard of sumthin called smegma.Everything else is normal.Just the little lumps,i want to go see the family doctor,but im kinda nervous about another guy lookin or any that kinda stuff,plus i dun want my parents to find out.
smegma isn't bumps tho

In that post, I refered to smegma in women, but the same stuff accumulates under uncircumcised men's foreskins. As demonbuttercup said, smegma does not look like pimples, it looks like white goo, so this is probably something else.

i know you mentioned that in the other post but that thread was the only one i could find that mentions smegma. so i thought it was better than nothing
As far as I as a dude know, these are hair follicles.. just like on your sac.. or your arm when you get goosebumpslike you mentioned... if they're REALLY noticable then ask a doctor he might have some cream or something. Don't worry dude a doctor won't laugh or care. You'd rather have a man look at it than a woman, trust me.

Dude: Relax! I have little bumps on my penis too - most easily seen when i'm erect, but, if you're talking about the spot just under the head of your penis (near the piss slit) thats very common!
If you're not had unprotected sex - you don't have to worry!
It cant be Hair folicles cause its under the head of the penis.like in the rim.I have no goo'y stuff,just the little goosebump lookin things under the rim of the head.Im still scared,i just told my mom to make me a physical,so i can ask the docter then.with out my mom knowing.
