Been there, done it, loved it. I was dating someone who had already gone out with my best friend so there were no secrets and no jealousy. We did it several times over the course of 5 months and even had a couple reunions after we had all gone our separate ways.
Why don't you just get all 3 of you together at someone's house (yours?) get all relaxed and you tell them both that you would love to have them both at the same time, meaning now? Be sure to have all the necessary equipment such as condoms etc. ready.
i would never do anything more than a 1 on 1 so obviously i have no experience in this but an idea is to play strip poker with a lot of liquor and try to get them nakked first... flirt with the 2 of them at the same time and see where things lead.
The typical male in his late teens - 20s does not need to be inebriated to get in the mood for sex. I think a threesome is a pretty standard fantasy these days also.
If homophobia is worse now than when I was an undergrad in the early 1980s it is a sorry state of affairs. What is there in two guys doing one woman to be homophobic about? I thought you younguns always watch internet porn-I bet 30% of that is two guys on one girl!
As long as neither of the guys looks at the other with a leer and says, " Let's forget her and you and me get it on, big guy" there's no reason for homophobia-not that there should ever be a reason for homophobia.
Maybe I have always hung around with kinkier people.
Me & gf not long having started dating......spoke of a threesome, with her being bi and me straight and it being a first for us both, though nothing's come of it yet. She wants another woman as much as me, that turns me on over & over again!!!!! But then she wants another guy at some point & I am slowly accepting it, Im curious but afraid at temptation.
Has anyone had another guy with them, if so what did the Mrs/gf expect, want from u both???
Sex in various positions usually two on one. SHE is the focus of both men's attention. Do NOT expect guy-on-guy. Since various configurations involve limited room some incidental touching may occur but - nope! - it's her, not you - so stop worrying about it.
For more info - check out your local swing group.
BTW bisexuality is NOT required to enjoy 3-somes or 4-somes or more-somes. I do them all of the time and none of us bisexual. If your guy is homophobic - get yourself a new guy. Life is just too short to put up with such nonsense.

What women get out of this is basically two things:
1) at least twice as much attention as from just one guy. I say at least because we men tend to be competitive about everything and are likely to really make an effort to be better than the other guy in the 3some.
2) the woman has the satisfaction of not only getting lots of attention, but also proving that she can satisfy two men at once.
If you as individuals are secure enough and your relationship is strong enough this sort of adventure can be lots of fun. It is not for men who are insecure.
I dont feel insecure, though having just read what EvilEvil Kitten wrote, it assures me the gf will not expect homosexual practice to take place (phew!!). So if she is after the attention, then that shouldn't be a problem, as I am not homophic either. I feel we are strong together and would eventually like to venture into having three-somes on both sides for fun, excitement and enjoyment!!!
Thanks for the advice & reassurance!!!
My issue with FMFs is the expectation of female bisexuality but this is not a problem - I just make it clear up-front that if he wants to witness "girl-on-girl" he'll have to go elsewhere. Should he complain, I'll tell him the penalty for doing so - if you demand girl-on-girl from me I'll be more than happy to demand boy-on-boy from you.
I was asked once if I would let a woman go down on me if he was there kissing me at the same time. I answered I don't know. Would you let another man go down on you if I were there kissing you?
Fair being fair, I do not ask for what I myself would not do.
it's been many years since I done anything like that. With my current g/f I wouldn't even consider it...even if she wanted it. I am the only guy she's ever had.
lucky me.:)

Yeah. It would be fun.
But I don't know if I'd do it with my friends.

I wouldn't recommend the advice in the above post.
No sense beating around the bush with it... Don't try to get them drunk.
Just talk to them and see if they're interested.

Don't underestimate the degree of homophobia in many young men today, though.
Sure they'd love a threesome with two girls, but with two guys? Eh, it might weird them out, especially if they're friends.
But maybe not!

Yup, there's no reason for it. You're right.
Doesn't mean that lots of people feel that way, though.

Must be nice to have your insecurities so very nicely assuaded.
I do so hope she finds you worth it.
