Safe word, obviously.
A yardage or fabric shop for raw material.
A department or clothing store for scarfs.
Establish a safe word that is not a part of normal conversation. When one or the other of you say it--all activities stop immediately if not sooner.
A fabric shop will have all you need.
Be aware that you cannot restrain a person for more than 45 minutes at any one time.
If you're going to do this - you might as well learn to be responsible about it.
